No one likes to hear someone vent about his or her boredom, so I'll spare you all. I've taken a major fancy to cooking shows ever since we got cable a couple weeks ago. I must say that Barefoot Contessa is my favorite amongst them all. I made a delish lunch the other day, but was unfortunately very disheveled in the morning and forgot to bring it with me. It was like a tofu-Asian blend of mushrooms, cabbage, and cucumber. Added some white Jasmine rice, and it was to die for. Of course, no Asian entree is complete without chopsticks! ;D
I find that some Saturdays are so boring too, why is that? Thanks goodness for the internet! :]
